When will my package be shipped?

Order status and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After 30 minutes, the order is automatically processed and enters the shipping queue, and cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has not received a tracking update for some time, this is usually due to an error from the carrier, but the package may still arrive within the specified delivery time.
